About the Human Rights Day Conference
When held, this conference is scheduled for the first Friday in December. December is also Universal Human Rights Month, commemorating the December 10, 1948 adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations General Assembly.
The conference provides continuing education for human rights professionals, with an emphasis on the varieties of illegal discrimination covered by the Minnesota Human Rights Act.
