Construction Projects Monitored

Current Projects Monitored by the Department

In 1985, state law established that the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR) issue goals and timetables for minority and female utilization in state funded construction projects. The purpose for these goals is to communicate to employers that when they choose to contract for business with the state of Minnesota there is an expectation that they will employ a diverse work force. These goals are set by county.

Multi-jurisdictional projects that include monitoring of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals and equal employment opportunity (EEO) participation by several governmental jurisdictions will be listed separately.

Projects Monitored Lists

Please note: during winter months some construction sites have few or no work hours.
